Why KlimaLegal
Only permit-free units
Portable monoblocks, window units and permanently sealed mobile splits are all permit-free. No grey areas.
Quiet enough for the night
We filter by noise level. On the Premium unit the compressor sits outside, so it stays quiet enough for the bedroom.
No deposit, fast replacement
You pay no deposit. And if a unit fails, you get a replacement within 3 working days.
Frequently asked questions about AC in Charlottenburg
Do I need a permit for an AC in Charlottenburg?
Not for mobile monoblocks and window units: no approval process, no certified installer, and for mobile units no landlord sign-off either. We work only with permission-free tech on purpose. Classic split systems, which need a specialist firm and possibly a permit, are not something we offer in Charlottenburg.
What does the summer subscription cost in Charlottenburg?
Standard: €89/month with a 4-month minimum term, plus a one-time €189 for delivery, setup and collection — €545 for the season. Premium “Quiet”: €199/month with a 4-month minimum term, plus a one-time €299 for delivery and professional installation — €1,095 for the season. Either way there's no deposit, and collection from mid-September is included. After two summers, the Standard plan can convert to a rent-to-own.
How fast will I be cool in Charlottenburg?
As soon as your summer subscription starts, we deliver the unit to you in Charlottenburg and set it up. With Standard you get a quiet monoblock plus a matching window seal. With Premium “Quiet” we install an extra-quiet mobile split whose compressor sits outside: no drilling, and professional installation is always included. If anything breaks, you get a replacement within 3 working days.
Can I buy instead of rent in Charlottenburg?
Yes. If you'd rather own your unit, we'll send you our partner link to a suitable permission-free model. The retailer is the seller and carries the warranty, not us. If you like, we'll handle the setup at your place for €149.
Which unit fits which home in Charlottenburg?
Housing in Charlottenburg runs from new builds to older houses, which is why we ask about room size and window type before delivery. A monoblock fits almost any flat; if your bedroom needs to stay really quiet, take the mobile split with the compressor outside. Either way, nothing is permanently installed.
